   Adults, as a dietary supplement, take (2) tablets daily. We recommend taking one 250 mg tablet twice a day as that’s how your body best uses vitamin C.

   Because vitamin C is water-soluble, you don’t need to take Vitamin C Amla Extract with a meal. However, if you do take larger doses, it may be preferable to take it with meals to avoid any potential stomach upset.
