Arooba Syed

Arooba is passionate about helping people reach their full potential and live their most fulfilling lives. She provides a holistic approach and has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in therapeutic and case management roles in the community and educational settings.
Arooba uses a culturally sensitive approach, which includes a variety of therapeutic modalities in keeping with current evidence-based practices. She is fluent in Urdu and Hindi and conversational in Punjabi. Arooba has a warm personality and offers an approachable and non-judgmental space for her clients.

Gul-e Rana finds passion in helping people in their journey towards healing, self-discovery, and growth. She strives to provide mental health support that is client-centered, culturally sensitive, and unique to each person's needs.
​Over the past 6 years, she has worked with numerous non-profit organizations on various mental health projects. She has extensive experience working with newcomers, immigrants, and refugees, especially South Asians and Muslims.

*The Single Session Therapy (SST) model is a method of counselling in which the client and therapist approach the meeting as though it will be the only session the client will be receiving. It is like a walk-in brief appointment.
